REFUND AND RETURN POLICY

RETURN POLICY

There is a 7-day return policy. Requests for refunds due to damage must be made within seven (7) days from the time in which you receive your item.

DAMAGED BOOKS

Damaged books consist of:
Printing errors (misprints, missing pages or text that affect readability, disordered pages)
Significant cover or page damage (tears, dents, or giant scratches)
Water damage

Damage does not include:
Minor imperfectionsDamage occurring after delivery or 7-day return period Not enjoying or DNF-ing the book
Misspelled or incorrect personalization if submitted incorrectly at the time of ordering
Changing your mind

ISSUES AND DAMAGES

Upon receipt, please examine your book for damage and contact me immediately should something have occurred, or if you’ve received the wrong book. I’d appreciate the opportunity to assess the situation and make things right. 

NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS

All audiobooks are considered non-refundable. 

EXCHANGES

Sadly, exchanges are not offered. However, if you’d like to replace your damaged book, please start the process for making a return, by contacting me. Once the return is approved and accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the item in question.  

REQUESTING A REFUND

If damage has occurred, please contact me at bryn@bheastwood.com within seven (7) days of receiving your order. In your email, please include pictures of the damaged item, including any possible damage to the packaging that may have occurred. 

If your return request is approved, I’ll send you a return shipping label as well as any additional instructions that may be required. Please note that damaged items must be returned in their original condition. 

Returned items shipped back to me without prior approval or discussion will be rejected and a refund will not be granted.

As always, please feel free to contact me with any questions regarding a return or refund. 

REFUNDS

Once your return has been received, assessed, and your refund is approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original form of payment within ten (10) business days. Note that it often takes some time for your credit card company or bank to process and post the refund.

Refunds will not be granted for damaged items submitted after the seven day return period.
