SHIPPING INFORMATION

Shipping is currently only offered within the United States. Unfortunately, international shipping is not available at this time. Shipping will be through USPS with either Ground Advantage or Priority Mail options. 

Shipping cost is calculated based on weight and location.

PROCESSING TIME

Please allow up to seven business days for your order to be processed. I take great pride in personally fulfilling each order, but processing times may vary due to product availability, peak seasons, or external factors.

DELIVERY TIME

Delivery time will be determined by your selected shipping method and location. Tracking information will be available once your order ships.

PERSONALIZED AND SIGNED BOOKS

All books are signed. If you do not want your book signed, please contact me immediately after placing your order.

If you’d like your book personalized, please include those details at checkout. Be sure to double-check the spelling before submitting your personalization. If you discover a personalization error after checkout, please contact me immediately. 

LOST, DELAYED, OR STOLEN ORDERS

Unfortunately, I cannot be held responsible for packages once they’ve been marked as “delivered.” Please contact your local USPS or your local post office to file a claim or raise an issue if you’ve not received your package after it’s been marked as “delivered.” 

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

To initiate the return process, please contact me within seven (7) days of receiving your order. If approved, I will provide you with a return shipping label for your use and convenience. 

Refunds are issued once I’ve received your damaged item in its original condition.
